请先确认您是否需要签证才能前往中国福建省厦门市参观厦门石材展。组委会强烈建议境外客户最迟在出发前三个月办理签证。

展商请登录 “展商自助管理平台”，点击“签证邀请函”申请。

• 1、咨询就近的中国大使馆/领事馆，申请来华签证需要提供的材料;
• 2、申请厦门石材展邀请函：点击 “参观预登记”去完成预登记，在预登记提交成功的页面，点击 “签证邀请函”，按照指引提交您的护照信息，并上传护照首页扫描件。
• 3、邀请函将在一周内准备完毕，并通过邮件呈交贵公司。如发生错误需要更改（护照名字，护照号码，大使馆）等，则需另外增加十天。
• 4、收到签证邀请函，尽快去当地使馆或领馆办理签证手续。

签证邀请函申请截止日期：2027年2月28日。

Please check whether you need a visa to China to visit Xiamen Stone Fair. If you need, you are strongly recommended to process the visa application at least three months before departure.

If you are an exhibitor, please login Exhibitor Area to apply for Exhibitor visa invitation.

• 1. Contact the nearest Chinese Embassy or Consulate for detailed application procedures. Please ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months before your departure.
• 2. Request an invitation:
  • Finish the Visitor Registration first.
  • Click "Visa Invitation" after finishing the registration, fill in all blanks completely.
  • Invitations will be ready in 10-14 days and sent by email. In case of errors (Passport Name, Passport No., etc), it will take another 10 days to correct.
• 3. Deadline to apply the visa invitation: Feb. 28, 2027.
